By accessing or using the services provided by Foxfy by 7Labs Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
The Service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides licensed real estate professionals with customizable websites, property listing management, lead capture tools, CRM features, and marketing automation. The Service integrates with third-party MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data providers and payment processors to deliver a comprehensive real estate marketing solution.
The Service is intended for use by licensed real estate agents, brokers, and teams operating in the United States, primarily in the state of Florida.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a brokerage or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing, features, and billing cycles are displayed on our pricing page. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice to you.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have access to the full features of the Service. At the end of the trial period, your account will require a paid subscription to continue accessing the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
No credit card is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Foxfy by 7Labs Digital LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foxfy by 7Labs Digital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your User Content within thirty (30) days of termination by contacting us at legal@foxfy.com. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be conducted in Miami, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foxfy by 7Labs Digital LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
